After looking for something similar for 2-3 years, I finally put one together that meets my family's needs. Maybe it will fit yours, too.
My style is easy gourmet appropriate for people who, for one reason or another, do not eat sugar, starches, grains, or additives. This could be because someone in the family is a Type 2 diabetic; dealing with autism/ADHD and that cluster of syndromes; celiac; has another metabolic problem; or is going low-carb.
People who have to eat this way often spend incredible amounts of time planning what to eat. More often, if the reaction to the wrong food isn't dramatic and immediate, is to eat off-plan. If you're homeschooling too, it can be really tough to deal with. That's why I looked for something like this for so long.
I give you seven dinner menus plus a bonus snack or dessert etc, recipes, and a shopping list categorized by aisle and coded back to the menus, every week. Recipes have 6 servings so you'll have leftovers you can use for lunch. For family members who don't need to eat that way, you can add on things like extra servings of veggies (the healthiest option), or fruit, or add pasta or rice or bread to the meal. But at least you won't be cooking two separate menus.
I also use things like seasonal cooking techniques and seasonal produce to help cut down on the grocery bill, as well as using planned leftovers to help cut down on both time and money.
The URL is http://goodlifemenus.com . Cost is currently $8.95/month, billed automatically each month through Paypal. This comes out to about 30 cents a meal! If you fail to plan just once during the month, feeding your family at a restaurant or buying off-plan pre-made food will likely cost you a lot more than this.
There is a free week's complete menu up on the site for you to try.
