okay, this is try number three!!

Can I put real words in my hyperlink in my siggy, and how do I do that, so it reads:
Laura's Lathers, home of great soap, the way have it in other places,

and how do I add my pic of Nick and becky to my siggy???

You made it! Yes, you can put real words in your siggy. Go to your UserCP and edit your siggy... then look for the globe with the chain on it. Highlight the text that you want to represent the link. Click the globe. Put the link URL into the box, and click ok. That SHOULD do it.

And you should be able to add pics by using the image button (it looks like a mountain in a yellow box)... or I think you can just copy and paste them in. Give it a try and let us know if you need more help.

I think we set your permissions to not allow images right now. I think we'll turn it on soon, though. Give us a day or two to check our bandwidth usage again and we'll see. Okay? :)

Are you sure you don't have the yellow mountain? It's 4 buttons in from the right for me.

there's a way to do that - I know there is - let me see if I can figure it out. I'm the technologically challenged moderator.

Try this - type in what you want to appear. Highlight it. click on the world with the chain link. a little box pops up, type in the url you want attached.

Let me know if it works!

Yes. Type the words you'd like to turn into a link. Highlight them, then click the little world with a chain icon (under the smiley face). A box will pop up for you to type the URL. Do that, hit save, and your text will be a link.

Also--images in sigs are now enabled.
