Go to the Calendar. Look down in the bottom Right hand corner. There should be a box that says "Add new event". Add your event there.

Anybody can add an event but all events are Moderated. IOW, Heidi and I have approval... so there'll be NO celebrating of Barry Manilow's birthday, ok? ;) -- just kidding... I just want you to know that so you won't be surprised when your event doesn't automatically show up on the calendar. I approve everything. (Can you say "control freak"?) :D
